1.1 Noble1 warrants all items on display are authentic. After the item is transferred to the customer in person during meet up and/or by freight forwarder from Noble1 office, the customer’s order is deemed completed.
1.2 The customer upon receiving the ordered item, shall at his or her own cost, time and effort pursue the respective manufacturer’s warranty, after-sale-care and/or for authentication of the purchased item by renown and accredited authority if so desired. Noble1 provides only “agent system” and has no responsibilities of item and content.
1.3 Customer shall check the ordered item carefully on meet up and delivery and that the item ordered matches the description and display on the internet in view of the above policies. Noble1 does not have a refund, cancellation, buy back and/or maintenance policy.
1.4 Noble1 does not carry stock for the same item on display. All items are pre order unless specifically mentioned that it is an in stock item on consignment or otherwise.
2.1 Noble1 will issue an invoice for the pre-order upon checking out from the web portal. The customer shall pay the amount as specified to Noble1’s bank account by bank transfer. Noble1 warrants an official bank statement acknowledging the successful bank transfer from the receiving bank to confirm the payment is duly completed. The customer is advised to print a copy of the receipt for record. Please note that Noble1 does not have a cancellation policy for customer unless otherwise condition mentioned in para 2.3 arises.
2.2 Noble1 will upon receiving the payment send a confirmation note to the customer if the pre-order is accepted ORELSE NO DEAL notwithstanding if the payment is made. No informal verbal or email undertaking by any parties will be taken as confirmation of order. Customer shall make full payment before the pre-order status can be confirmed by Noble1 officially.
2.3 Please note that Noble1 upon issuing of the confirmation note if for whatsoever reasons the pre-order cannot be matched and/or fulfilled, the payment will be returned to the customer. Upon the return of the payment, the deal shall be deemed as concluded and closed. This exceptional step is necessary and will be activated in order to protect the customer’s interest especially when ordered item received by Noble1 is not up to standard e.g. fake or poor quality or non delivery.
2.4 The price does not include any tax or duty. All import taxes and/or duties imposed by the respective governments shall be paid by the customer on delivery.
3.1 Upon the receipt of full payment in respect to the order, Noble1 shall dispatch the ordered item from Noble1 office within 14 business days unless otherwise Noble1 and the customer are agreeable to extend the period for dispatch from Noble1 office. A copy of the airway bill or tracking receipt issued by the respective freight forwarders will be copied to the customer for reference.
3.2 If for whatsoever reasons the item to be dispatched from the Noble1 office
is delayed for more than 14 business days, Noble1 shall return the payment in respect to this item to the customer and the transaction is deemed completed and closed. Noble1 and the customer may agree to extend the period for dispatch from Noble1 office for another 14 business days.
3.4 If for whatsoever reasons, customer does not pick up or take delivery of the ordered item(s) within 14 business days, the order item(s) shall be disposed in any manner as determined by Noble1 and there will be no refund of the payment paid for by the customer.
